Who Makes the Big Decisions?

A lingering question in Europe is why women do not have a say in national sports related decisions. The answer is simple according to the European Institute of Gender Equality. They express how society portrays sports as a "mans arena", and how only men have time to make these important decisions. They say women couldn't possibly have this "time" they refer to because they are too busy with caring responsibilities. Is this true? Are women too busy caring for their families and homes to make decisions in regards to sports? How do we erase this old-school stereotype? It's time to start a discussion about it.
